SHIPPING
Sassy Stationery and Gifts partners with the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. Should you require UPS or FedEx, we can accomodate as well. All orders are, by default, shipped via USPS Priority mail calculated by weight (done on this website before your order is finalized). If you are local to the Dallas area, we will also be happy to arrange pick-up for your products, please specify that this is the case in the comments section of your online order.
AVAILABILITY
Sassy things come and go... and sometimes our 'sassy stuff' will be in low stock or will need to be handcrafted to order. In these cases, either Gay, Kim or Kari will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss those special arrangements and options in the effort to best meet your needs.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days, and we will make arrangements to return the item. We will then replace the item or offer a store credit depending on the product (availability, etc). You must be able to provide the original packaging.
PAYMENT
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express (through our website directly) through PayPal, as well as personal checks and money orders. PayPal is an easy, secure (SSL technology) method of payment using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase with your major credit card. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, that money must clear before we will ship the product(s).
PRIVACY
We value your confidentiality and privacy. We collect client information in an effort to improve the over all shopping experience and to inform clients about products, services, sales and promotions. Sassy Stationery and Gifts will not rent, sell or share personal information to third parties.
