Following international and European policies for e-commerce, all of our customers have the right to return any product bought in La Sassy Store for any reason, as long as it fits to the following rules:
- It is informed to La Sassy Store team within the first 14 days after product delivery date.
- Product is sent back by the customer within 14 days after La Sassy Store team notification.
- All communication regarding product cancellation or return is done through this email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You'll be refunded within 14 days after notifying our team, however, your refund might be delayed if our team don't receive back the product in this 14-day period.
If you want to return the product and exchange it for a similar/another item of our store, please follow these instructions:
- Inform La Sassy Store team within the first 14 days after product delivery date.
- Inform, with photos or videos if possible, the problem that you have with our product.
- Select one of the solutions:
- Receive a new and identical product
- Receive another product of our store with similar value
- Receive a cupom to buy another product in the future
- Your request will be analyzed by our team and you'll be answered in a maximum of 3 working-days.
